Squishy Math app support

1. Make sure the device is signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that subscribed.
2. Open Squishy Math and tap the gear on the home screen.
3. Tap Restore Purchases in the Squishy Plus section.

Squishy Plus turns on as soon as Apple confirms the subscription. It usually does this by itself, without tapping Restore.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Squishy Math, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from the app: gear › Squishy Plus › Manage subscription (after the grown-up check). Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

The yearly plan starts with a free week for new subscribers. If you cancel before the week ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, the yearly price is charged when the week ends and then once a year.

Yes. Squishy Plus supports Family Sharing. If you share purchases with your family, everyone in the family group gets Squishy Plus on their own devices. Each family member may need to open the app once (or tap Restore Purchases) while online.

That is Apple's Ask to Buy. The family organizer gets a request to approve on their own device. Once approved, Squishy Plus turns on by itself. Every purchase in the app also sits behind a grown-up check first.

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see or change your payment.

Progress (stars, friends, hats, coins) is saved only on the device where it was earned. The app has no accounts and sends nothing to us, so progress doesn't sync between devices. Squishy Plus itself works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID or family.

Yes. Because progress lives only on the device, deleting the app deletes it. Updating the app keeps it. Device backups (iCloud or computer) include the app's progress and bring it back when the backup is restored.

Tap the gear, then Reset progress at the bottom. It asks you to confirm and then asks for the grown-up check. Reset doesn't affect Squishy Plus.

Yes, in the gear menu: Sounds and Read facts out loud. The app also follows the device's Reduce Motion setting (Settings › Accessibility › Motion) for calmer animations.

Before any purchase or link that leaves the app, the app shows a number written in words (like "forty-seven") and asks a grown-up to type it as digits. After three misses it waits 30 seconds before trying again.
